Oli Strong (Founder)
Having followed the climate issue for nearly 15 years, and after delving into the science 3/4 years ago, he came to the conclusion that it was in his best interest to do what he could to help address this problem... which naturally led to FACC IT.

His background is in Business Restructuring (experience he believes draws many parallels with the climate issue) and he now works as a consultant in sustainability. He has a passion for behavioural science and human behaviour, particularly in regards to climate change.

Other interests include Cricket, Travel, Ropey Dancing and "Forgetting About Climate Change". He will, of course, be looking to replace this photo as soon as possible.

Phoebe Landers (Communications Director)
She became interested in climate change due to a love of nature and the outdoors (to say she'd be gutted if her favourite mountain playground ever disappeared, would be an understatement).

She has a Master's in Environment, Politics and Development, with a dual passion for the human and natural consequences of the climate issue. Her background is in writing and editing.

When not correcting Oli's spelling, she loves hiking, reading, and skiing (preferably with a dog by her side).
